The inside layout

This shows you how the extension will fit together with the existing upstairs layout. The grey shaded area being where the bathroom is now. The bath and the 2 showers are in the correct positions, but the rest of the layout will differ.

The outside view

Not much to say about the elevations, except that you can see that the new bathroom & en-suite will sit over the kitchen and the utility room.

Wish we’d thought of this earlier!

Unfortunately half of the kitchen ceiling has to come down so the ceiling joists can be replaced with load bearing floor joists - only painted it last year!.

May also have to dig a soak away under the front lawn. Only had that laid 18 months ago!
