The story so far:

In 2007 we added the ground floor extension pictured here.

Having transformed the ground floor, we realised that the house had become bottom heavy. The very small bathroom and lack of en-suite did not fit well with the spacious grandeur downstairs.

More importantly, we wanted a walk-in shower and spa bath!

The plan is to build upward, above the kitchen & utility room, to provide a larger bathroom and new en-suite
